The existing vacuum table design presented potential issues with air leakage, as the vacuum hole design and profile structure had risks of blockage. If these issues weren’t addressed, they would directly impact the performance and suction power.

• Profile mold modification: We increased the profile thickness from 8mm to 15mm, eliminated the groove in the profile, and directly drilled the screw holes in the profile to prevent air leakage caused by welding aluminum blocks.
• Sealant adjustment: We applied sealant generously on the aluminum block to ensure no gaps between the screw holes and the surface, preventing air leaks.
• Air leakage testing: We introduced a new testing method by attaching a negative pressure gauge to the fan intake. If the negative pressure drops more than 1 kPa within 5 seconds, it indicates a leak. This quantitative method ensures 100% detection of air leakage.
